Today a new history has been written for the Heaven of India famously known as Kashmir. Amit Shah, the Home Minister of the Modi government, announced today in Lok Sabha that Article 370 will now be revoked from Jammu & Kashmir. With this decision of Central government now, Jammu & Kashmir will be the Union Territory, not a state. On the other hand, Ladakh will be separated from J & K and will be treated as Union Territory only.
Now, article 370 is almost removed; therefore, Article 35A has no existence. This will make better development in this region of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh as the sale and purchase of land will become feasible, and new schools, industries, universities, and other infrastructure will also establish and therefore grow up quickly.
But after this decision, the reaction of local political parties and citizens of Jammu & Kashmir needs to be overlooked and controlled. And the benefits of this announcement should be communicated with them unambiguously and peacefully, after all, it's a matter of crown of India.
