Meaning if you have studied for one year, then the certificate is for two years, then you will get a diploma. A degree will be awarded after three or four years.

>The government has decided that now 6 percent of GDP will be spent on education. Currently, 4.43% of India's GDP is spent on education. At the same time, the name of the Ministry of Human Resource Development has now been changed to the Ministry of Education. This is also a big and significant change.
